These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pitch-Me Business Directory (“Directory”) operated by Pitch-Me, a subsidiary of Asset-Wise Ltd. 3. Listings and Content

  • All listings submitted to the Directory are subject to review and approval by Pitch-Me.

  • Pitch-Me reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing at its sole discretion and without notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Use the Directory for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

  • All intellectual property rights in the Directory and its content (excluding user-submitted listings) are owned by or licensed to Asset-Wise Ltd.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Directory without prior written consent.

  • The Directory is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Asset-Wise Ltd. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or content.

  • Asset-Wise Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Directory or reliance on any information provided.

7. Third-Party Links

The Directory may contain links to third-party websites. Asset-Wise Ltd. is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal information submitted to the Directory will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

  • By using the Directory, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

9. Amendments

Asset-Wise Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Directory. Continued use of the Directory constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
